Templeton recorded 10 property deed transfers between July 10 and Aug. 8, but sale prices were disclosed in only one: a $25,000 family transfer recorded July 14 between Brian T. and Margaret R. Fitzpatrick and Margaret R. Fitzpatrick. The remaining nine deeds, covering addresses on State Road, Otter River Road, Lake Avenue, Brooks Village Road, Holman Street, Pine Street, Prospect Street and Norcross Hill Road, did not report a sale price. Two of those nine, at 442 and 9 Otter River Road, marked the only repeated street in the data. With pricing disclosed for just one transaction, the period's records offer limited visibility into local sale values.
