Templeton Records Ten Property Transfers in September, Most Prices Still Pending
Ten property transfers were recorded in Templeton from Sept. 4 to Oct. 3, but only two carried a sale price in registry data so far: $43,000 for 69 South Road, sold to Workers Federal Credit Union, and $15,000 for 10 Main Street, Unit A, sold to GFA Federal Credit Union, for a median of $29,000 between them. The remaining eight transfers, including a pair of same-day filings on Schoolhouse Road and Schoolhouse Drive involving the same two names as sellers and trustees, had not yet had prices recorded. With pricing data available for just two of ten deeds, and several filings involving lenders or trustees rather than open-market buyers, the period's overall market tone is not yet clear from the available data.
