Templeton deed data shows 12 transfers, only one price on record so far
Templeton recorded 12 property transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, but only one carries a sale price so far: $264,550 for 331 State Road, sold by George J. and Leigh A. Bain to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. and PennyMac Loan Services LLC. That single figure sets the range and median for the period; prices for the other 11 deeds had not yet posted to the registry, which is a typical data lag rather than a sign of secrecy. Eight of the 12 deeds involve banks, credit unions or mortgage servicers, and two appear to be same-family trust transfers. With so little price data available, the period's overall market tone cannot yet be assessed.
