Templeton Home Prices Range From $105,000 To $180,000 In July Sales
Ten Templeton properties recorded deeds between July 3 and Aug. 1, per Worcester County Registry of Deeds records, but only two had a sale price recorded: $105,000 for an unspecified Templeton address, sold by Dana F. and Anne Blais to Greenstone Realty LLC, and $180,000 for 49 Winchester St., sold by George and Alison M. Janicello to Workers Federal Credit Union. The median of the two recorded prices was $142,500. Otter River Road saw two of the period's ten transfers, the only repeated street. A bank, credit union or mortgage company appeared as grantor or grantee in seven of the ten deeds, though the data don't specify whether these reflect foreclosure activity or other transaction types.
