Weitknecht to Figure Lending LLC on Aug. 19. That single figure also serves as the period's price range and median, since no other deed listed a consideration amount. Orchard Lane and Baldwinville Road each had two recorded transfers. At least five transfers involved mortgage servicers, lenders or federal agencies as a party, and one transfer moved a property between two trusts tied to the same name.
