Templeton records 11 deeds in past month, but sale prices largely still pending
Worcester County Registry of Deeds recorded 11 Templeton property transfers between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, but only three carried a sale price: $30,000, $38,400 and $75,000, for a median of $38,400. The period's top recorded sale was 74 Willow St. at $75,000, sold Sept. 1 from Andrea Parsons to Mutual of Omaha Mortgage Inc. and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. The other eight transfers show price not yet available. Seven of the 11 deeds list a mortgage-related entity as a party, and the data does not yet support a clear read on market tone this period.
