Templeton records 11 property transfers, few reveal sale price

Templeton recorded 11 property transfers between July 17 and August 15, but only four deeds disclosed a sale price, ranging from $25,000 to $400,000 with a median of $121,737 among those four. Financial institutions, including banks, a credit union and mortgage servicers, appeared as buyer or seller in six of the 11 transactions. With most sale prices undisclosed and transfers spread across 10 separate streets, the data does not support characterizing the market as active or slow this period.
