Templeton records 12 property deeds in late July and August; only two show a sale price
Worcester County Registry of Deeds records show 12 Templeton property transfers recorded between July 31 and Aug. 29, but only two disclosed a sale price: $21,000 and $30,000, for a median of $25,500. The top disclosed sale was 200 Farnsworth Road at $30,000, sold by William J. and Bernadette Deveikis to Operative Bank. Mill Stone Lane saw two separate transfers during the period. Two deeds recorded transfers between mortgage servicers, and two listed a Templeton municipal board as co-grantor. With 10 of 12 deeds carrying no disclosed price, the data offers limited visibility into overall property values this period.
