Templeton Town Meeting Approves $1.2M Transfer
Templeton's special town meeting approved a $1.2 million transfer from its stabilization fund to avoid police, fire and DPW layoffs. Jeffrey Bennett moved the appropriation, calling it "not the smartest move" but necessary to "clear up the deficit" after override questions failed twice.
