Templeton Records Eight Property Deeds, Most Without Disclosed Sale Prices
Templeton recorded eight property deeds between July 24 and Aug. 22, but only two disclosed a sale price: $200,000 for 189 South Rd. and $450,000 for a property without a listed street address, putting the disclosed range at $200,000 to $450,000 with a median of $325,000. The remaining six deeds, on Baptist Common Road, Albert Drive, Otter River Road, Central Street, Barre Road and Baldwinville Road, carried no price information, which is typical for registry filings. No bed, bath or square-footage data was available. With most sale prices undisclosed, the recorded data offers only a partial picture of the month's market activity.
